How do you know the program is for you?

We carefully select ventures that are poised for growth. That means: if you’re accepted, we believe you have the potential to scale your impact, and that the time you invest in the program will pay off.

You aim to transform your for-profit business into a high-impact business, or you’re an innovative business looking to scale up your impact
You believe that impact and business success are equally important.
You are looking for highly customised, hands-on expert support
You are actively looking for funding/preparing to do so
You are willing to invest your time in the development process over the next 3-7 months.

You can apply if:

You have a registered legal entity based in Austria;
Your business already generates revenue or you have a solid go-to-market plan.
You have a well-equipped team behind your project.
You can clearly demonstrate the social/environmental impact component of your business

How it works

Program Kick-off

Once accepted, your venture is matched with a dedicated coaching team that works with you over three months to address the key challenges to becoming investment-ready. This is as good as your own Advisory Board.

Deep Work with Experts

Through regular check-ins and clear deliverables, you’ll work with your expert team to close gaps in your financials, model, or strategy, building a solid foundation for investment readiness.

Community and Peer Exchange

Alongside expert support, MARC offers a platform for founders to connect through structured sessions, where they can share experiences, test ideas, and learn from one another.

Targeted Learning

You will have topic-specific workshops on key elements like investor pitching, designed to strengthen practical skills and complement your one-on-one consulting work. The schedule will be tailored to your needs.

Financing and Matchmaking

MARC facilitates tailored introductions to a pool of aligned impact investors. You’ll also engage with the Erste Finance team to explore suitable financing pathways for your venture, based on your readiness and goals.

Final Evaluation and Visibility

The program concludes with a final evaluation and pitch opportunity. Selected ventures will be considered for the Best of MARC award, which includes increased visibility through the Erste network and a financial prize.
